How to Complete Open Enrollment

Below are instructions to follow during this open enrollment period.

• Read this guide and review the on-demand information session to understand your benefit options for 2027.
• When you are ready, collect all necessary documentation for any eligible dependents that you wish to newly add coverage for in 2027.
• To complete your enrollment during the Open Enrollment period:
  • Log into the GW benefits enrollment system during the 3 week enrollment period to review, change or select benefits for 2027.
• Once the enrollment process is complete, please confirm that you have read and understand the applicable notices and print a confirmation statement/copy of your form for accuracy and save it for your records.

Please Note: Even if you are happy with your current benefit elections, Open Enrollment is a good time to review and confirm that your benefits are the right choices for you and your family. If you choose not to take action, your existing coverage options will roll over into 2027.
